You are not just looking for a supplier but above all a partner able to understand and grasp your marketing issues.
You are looking for a solution capable of managing all the functionalities you have targeted as well as combining several of them on the same card. The solution you expect must be able to operate with all methods of acceptance: electronic payment terminals, terminals, integrated electronic money solutions, PCs, merchant sites, GSM, IVR systems... More particularly, you would like to be able to deploy your product in all shops, therefore on all types of electronic payment terminal and on all till systems.
Finally, the solution you want must be adaptable to all types of customer, whatever their size.
You are lacking a real customizable electronic money solution that can just as easily be deployed on a small as on a large scale.
Your main objective is to support your customers throughout the whole length of the electronic money value chain. Our jobs are increasingly complex and customers can easily get lost. They need to be reassured and advised on making the right choice because no investment can be made today without considering the future return.
The price of the solution must be adaptable to each of your customers, and take account of the number of products to be created, the number of cards or the number of shops.
You need a solution, the behaviour of which is configurable for each type of card. The product must be capable of evolving over time and offer new functionalities corresponding to changes in cardholder behaviour.
A key element in the success of an electronic money programme, facilitation of the holders network must be easy from the same system and offer a full set of functionalities (emailing, mailing, etc.).
Finally, you would like to have standard tools to generate reports and statistics and to study holders’ behaviour. In some cases, you would like to be able to interface your own tools or third-party CRM software. The solution chosen must therefore be particularly open.
