NMPP : Prepaid card MA CARTE PRESSE

MAGELLAN is the technical partner of Group NMPP (main group for press distribution) for the MA CARTE PRESSE program, a prepaid card to buy newspapers
NMPP choosed MAGELLAN as technical partner in their prepaid card project : MA CARTE PRESSE (my press card). This media give the readers a new way to enjoy their newspapers. This program will boost points of sale activity and turnover of the participating titles. The pilot has been launched in Marseille, in the beginning of Octobre with 157 point sof sales and 5000 cards
MAGELLAN accompanied NMPP in the strategic and technical definition of their project and then has developed and implemented the full private transaction system, managing the full chain.
The second step, after pilot’s validation, would be to generalize the program within the full French territory. Over 15.000 points of sale linked to the NMPP network are concerned by this deployment.
